By accessing or using the Alenino app and website ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Alenino provides an audio stories platform for children, available as a mobile app (iOS and Android) and website. The Service includes:

  • Access to a library of audio stories.
  • Online and offline listening capabilities.
  • Free and premium content.

  • You are responsible for the security of your account.
  • Information provided must be accurate and up to date.

    • Children's Accounts

  • Children's accounts are managed by parents or legal guardians.
  • Parents are responsible for their child's activity on the platform.

    • 4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or redistribute content without permission.
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Create fake or multiple accounts without legitimate reason.

    • 5. Intellectual Property

    All content available through the Service (audio stories, text, images, music) is protected by copyright and is the property of Alenino or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

    6. Subscriptions and Payments

    Free Content

  • Certain stories are available for free with full functionality.

    • Premium Content

  • Access to premium content requires an active subscription.
  • Payments are processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play.
  • Refund policy follows the respective platform's rules.

    • Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from account settings.
  • Premium access continues until the end of the paid period.

    • 7. Limitation of Liability

    The Service is provided "as is". Alenino:

  • Does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.
  • Is not responsible for losses caused by use or inability to use the Service.
  • Reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with prior notice.

    • 8. User-Generated Content

    Currently, Alenino does not allow users to publish content. If this feature is added in the future, additional terms will apply.

    9. Account Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions.
  • Use the Service in an abusive manner.
  • It is necessary to protect other users.

    • 10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

    11. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
